Factory Facilities

Our black granite is processed in our own factories. The main plant is in Shuitou, Fujian, near Xiamen Port, and there are branch factories including one near Tianjin Port in North China. Across our four factories we run gang saws, diamond wire saws, block cutters, CNC machines, automatic polishing lines and automatic chamfering machines, with more than 80 factory and quarry workers.

The equipment covers each stage of production:

• Gang saws and wire saws cut blocks into slabs with even thickness and little waste.
• Automatic polishing lines give a consistent gloss across a whole order.
• Bridge saws and CNC cut countertops, cut-outs, curved kerbs and carvings to drawings.
• Calibrating and chamfering lines produce tiles with consistent thickness and clean edges.
• Flaming, bush-hammering and sandblasting stations make exterior finishes.

Every order goes through our quality control before packing. We check colour, dimensions, flatness and edges piece by piece and set aside anything that does not meet the specification.

Buyers are welcome to visit the factory or ask for photos and videos during production.
